How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and large celebrations, 6–9 months ahead gives the most vendor choice. Corporate events and smaller parties can often be planned in 6–8 weeks. Day-of coordination can sometimes be booked closer to the date, depending on availability.
What's the difference between day-of and full-service planning?
Day-of coordination steps in during the final weeks to run a plan you've already built. Full-service planning starts from the first conversation — venue, vendors, design and budget, managed end-to-end by us.
Do you work with our own vendors, or only your network?
Both. If you already have a photographer, caterer or venue you love, we coordinate directly with them. Where you don't, we bring in vetted partners from our own network.
Do you handle destination events?
Yes — within India and internationally. We handle local vendor sourcing, on-ground logistics and guest travel coordination for multi-day celebrations.
What's the payment schedule?
A booking deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance split across milestones agreed in the proposal — never one lump sum due at the end.
Can you accommodate a specific cultural or religious ceremony?
Yes — tell us about the traditions and rituals involved early on, and we'll plan the timeline, vendors and styling around them properly, not as an afterthought.
What happens if something goes wrong on the event day?
That's what the on-site coordination team is for — problems get solved quietly before they reach you or your guests. It's the main reason people hire a planner in the first place.
Do you handle permits and licensing?
For venues and events that need them (outdoor spaces, late-night music, alcohol service), yes — we handle the paperwork as part of planning, not as a surprise line item later.
